I couldn’t figure out where that page was, but now I found it and have set it for 9. I’m not sure where “level 9” comes in, but I created a similar Admin role (Admin2) and have set some basic pieces in. I took a look, and this is not what I am looking for. I just need the timezone to appear in its Alpha form (GST) instead of the numerical +4. I tried to change the timezone to random places (Tokyo, Berlin, Toronto etc.) and there was no issue with the Alpha form showing. Does the form take a long time to submit( e.g. is your server slow to respond?)** No, the server submits quite quickly from my tests. There is no indication of form success, and the page blinks for a second, and then returns with all the originally submitted information. I am having the same issue. When you click submit, the page reloads. The person inputting the information does not know that it is sent, and keeps pressing submit. My client receives upwards of 10 emails before the submitter realize that it has been sent. * I have tried every combination of the above buttons as I can think of. I have checked and unchecked the Use WP CF7 CSS and tested multiple times, with no success. I also tested the url of the “success” redirect page, and it is indeed correct. * I would be happy to submit a screen shot of the back end, if that helps.
