My conflict was with the WP Tiles plugin. * It might help someone. I would agree with the others to back-up, deactivate all plugins and reactivate them one by one until the culprit is caught! It’s my mistake. I added a few lines of code in functions.php to limit number of posts on category page and for some reason, it was restricting on all pages. Now that I’ve removed it, WP Tiles is working. I’ve been using this plugin on various sites and now I’m trying it out on a new site and I created a new grid arrangement. It’s not coming up as the layout I created.
