 * Could be.
 * Before I got to this stage, it would hang for anyone outside of the network. 
   I removed a bunch of outdated plugins and now some people are able to log in,
   but not others.
 * Cookies are working on these off-site machines, though. Just seemingly, not for
   this wordpress install. Is there a PHP session config param that I should be 
   looking at? (Though I can’t imagine that there would be one that would set cookies
   for one ISP and not another.)
