So I installed Firefox (mobile) on the tablet and it’s better in some respects, worse in others. Finally I can insert photos, position them, size them, etc. it is really clumsy but doable. * However…I cannot add text in the text field when on the “visual” tab, I can enter it if I use the “HTML” tab. How crazy is THAT? It’s VERY clumsy but more useful than the Android browser. * When will developers realize we don’t want to use our tablets as if they were cell phones, we want to use them as we would a laptop for crying out loud. * Rev, if you’re like me and kind of serious about your blog(s) and want to use a tablet so you can blog while mobile I would do extensive research before buying one. That didn’t help the cause and I bet it’s nice for people trying to post using a cell phone, or for those who do not worry about text formatting or photo sizing and formatting as the text and photo formatting tools are missing, i’ts just a mess. * Dang. It’s weird because it is such a glaring problem and I think the issue is with Android and not WordPress. WordPress works just fine on a PC, where it fails is on Android, which suggests Android developers are not making WordPress a priority. If I cannot blog using a tablet, why own a tablet? 🙂 * As I mentioned WordPress does have an Android app which is ok I guess if you must use your cell phone, but it’s so lacking and crippled that I would think it only appeals to mom and pop (amature) blogs because you cannot format photos, etc, the end result will not look very professional. * Formatting is critical to my blog and the Android app is utterly lacking in that department. And again, why use a cell phone app when you have a full sized display and full browser? They have awesome customer service, until you have an actual problem. Once I got the picture posting problem solved I was still unable to update WP and do other things. Even worse my site started going down and timing out. My traffic was down by 50% because of this and GoDaddy kep blaming ME for the time outs. * I solved ALL my problems by [leaving GoDaddy for HostGator](http://www.bikingindallas.com/we-left-godaddy-for-hostgator/). And I’m now on a Linux server.
