It looks like the issue has gone away. I’m not sure what fixed it, but I did recently deactivate a plugin that was causing issues elsewear on the site, Push Down Banners: http://pushdownbanners.com/WP/

Thanks for the suggestion!
I checked through my plugins and I do not have WP Super Cache installed.
Currently, I can only get a video to play if I have the featured video set to “Replace featured image automatically.” “Replace featured image on click.” and “Open video overlay when featured image is clicked.” only give me a loading spinner and no video.
I am looking into the plugins I have installed to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
