Is that what you mean? It doesn’t show up in my server’s file manager unless I search for it where it says it’s also in the public_html folder, although it is not listed with all the other files that are in that folder – hope that makes sense – could this be the problem? I did try that, I saw a post in another thread and it didn’t work. But, by root folder, do you mean my Public_HTML folder, which are all the files I’ve uploaded?
