   isolated live retest on October 1, 2026 (UTC). This was an actual signup through
   an administrator-only form, using only the site owner’s already-confirmed test
   address, not an editor preview or Send test email action. The automation was 
   active and restricted to a hidden QA list.
 * The subscription trigger completed at 05:35:16 UTC, the delay completed at 05:
   36:50, and send-email completed at 05:38:52, with no step errors. The queue had
   exactly one recipient and one processed. The actual inbox received the welcome
   email at 05:38, still containing the literal XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX. WooCommerce Coupons
   remains empty. Actual deliveries on September 26 and September 29 showed the 
   same issue.
 * For this final run, the coupon block explicitly stored source=createNew, discountType
   =percent and amount=10, with expiryDay=30, usageLimit=1, usageLimitPerUser=1,
   individualUse=true and restrictToSubscriber=true. WooCommerce coupons are enabled.
 * Versions: MailPoet 5.39.0, WooCommerce 11.1.2, WordPress 7.1.2, PHP 8.2.34. Prior
   distribution checksum checks found no modified or missing plugin files. No other
   production plugins were deactivated and no customer orders were changed.
 * We have now stopped further troubleshooting, paused the automation and disabled
   both signup forms. Please retain this as a verified real-send placeholder case;
   it has not been resolved. Subscriber addresses, credentials and raw logs are 
   intentionally omitted. Thank you.
