You can add the following to the custom css setting in the theme customizer:`. current-menu-item{ background-color: black; }` * replace black with your highlight color. * 2. These don’t get lost during an update. Also editing the code directly is a bad thing because it gets overwritten on update. A better solution would be to make a [child theme](https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes) containing these changes. For now you can follow these steps. 1. Comment out or delete `resizeGame();` on line 10 and 39 of js/script.js like this: `//resizeGame();` or delete the lines. 2.
