 * Hi,
 * It appears that the plugin is only working about half the time on various browsers
   on a PC and it doesn’t show up at all on a mac.

 * Hello,
 * It looks like the plugin is working for Firefox but not in Chrome or IE — it 
   only shows the “X” not the full pop-up.
 * I currently have it set so the pop-up only shows up when someone visits the homepage.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
