As the plugin is supported directly by WooCommerce.com I recommend that you open a support ticket with them here:

I had a quick look at the page at https://diverge-store.com/shop/auto-draft/ and cannot see the issue of blurred images.
I also see that you may have changed some image sizes and the layout of the thumbnails.

865kb is going to slow down your site and i is not necessary to use such large files.

By default you need a plugin to enable WooCommerce to verify and display VAT info on invoices etc.
I suggest that you try https://woocommerce.com/products/eu-vat-number/.
I cannot confirm that this is integrated into the Dokan system, so I suggest that you contact Dokan support for confirmation.I hope that helps you to figure it out.
