 * Would love an answer to this. When I try to activate the plugin, it activates
   the Printify Shipping Method plugin.

 * There are no error messages in the console. I’ve also tried disabling all other
   plugins and images still don’t appear in the PDF.

 * No, I went through and generated new download permissions for the orders, and
   the download links still didn’t work.
