No matter what direction I takesomething is causing the visual editor to not work in both 2.7.1 (revereted back to it because at least I can edit HTML) and 2.8.6 (could see the tools for HTML editing for a bit then they disappared and text was white on white) * I’ve tried downloading and updating the files in TinyMCE and that hasn’t worked. * I’ve deactivated and removed all my plugins at some level or another and that hasn’t worked. * I’ve tried adding a line of code into the wp-config file and that hasn’t worked. * I am at a complete stand still. I can now switch between the two but I don’t have the rich text formating. * This is the 2nd time we’ve had either conflict or a possible hack. If anything I came from using cuteftp as my CMS and now to have something more semantic and better organized I’m starting from scratch.
