Change the theme to default WordPress theme for temporary and check if it works. If it works then there may be your theme using some contact form 7 validation code already which is affecting. 2. Please follow below steps to check: 1. If you are using older version of Contact Form 7 or Custom Validation Message for Contact Form 7 plugin then upgrade it. 2. Disable any other contact form 7 addon if any. 3.
