 * This is now temporarily resolved. There appears to be a conflict with the Cloudflare
   CDN in Bluehost. I had to disable the CDN to make the HTML work. Is there a workaround
   for this?

 * This issue is resolved. It appears to be some issue with Bluehost’s Cloudfare
   CDN.

 * This is not working. I still see the sidebar on mobile devices (tested with Chrome
   and Safari). Sorry!

 * Hi Adam! Yes, I am able to locate it in the templates. I want the sidebar to 
   show on desktop but not on mobile devices.
