 * I have spoken to stripe at length and they have assured me all my api’s are correct
   and that it is woo commerce not sending through sca approved info when the payment
   is sent? IS they’re a reason for this? I have the latest version but as I said
   above they’re is no tick box for sca and 3d in the manage settings section.
