They cannot be trusted. I had pro version with similar issues and I was told I need to purchase support to just download the update. I am not asking for coding help, I just want the most recent version of the plug in I paid to have lifetime access to. I need to purchase support in order to have the most recent version of the pro plug in released. I purchased a life long license for use of the plugin pro version and now I am being told I need to pay a yearly fee to have access to the updates that will allow me to use it. GREEDY.Do not give these folks your data, money or time. Go with any other plug in company that will actually help support youI’d give 0 stars if I could.They also refuse to release my 1 star review on their website.
