 * Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to give any FTP credentials, whilst it is a website
   in production.

 * Unfortunately, this doesn’t solve the problem.
    The images are beiing sorted,
   but in a completly wrong order. As I said in the first post. The Date/Time option
   sorts them on Date/Time uploaded instead of Date/Time taken.

 * In that case, is it possible to leave the sort order under Gallery > Other Options
   > Image Options unset?

 * The option under Gallery > Other Options > Image Options is set to “Modified”.
   I try to set the sorting order for one gallery only on its gallery page in the
   admin.
