I do not think they have anything to do with the Facebook App ID, do they? * I have tested the site with the Facebook debugger, but it doesn’t give me any errors that are relevant to the problem. * EDIT: thinking about it now, it can’t be the app ID, because up until recently the plugin was working perfectly on our site. I have done both manual and online backups successfully of various sites, but with one particular site the manual backup of the filesystem times out (the download of the database alone runs smoothly). * The download starts, stating that the .zip file is 38MB big and will take 12 minutes to download. After 2 minutes, however, the download stops, saying that it has completed downloading a 11MB file. When I try to unarchive the file the following message pops up: * “Unable to unarchive (filename) into (directory name).
