The customizer menu editor doesn’t control the display orientation of the menu, unless you have a theme or plugin that customizes it. I’m not aware of any plugins that force mobile mode. Most themes will adjust accordingly to screen size or device, and plugins like Jetpack do detection to display mobile themes. * If you can find a theme that mimics the minimalist mobile view on the desktop, that would be the way to go. Otherwise you may need some custom development. I do not recommend making changes that enable the use of outdated, insecure versions of PHP like that. PHP 4 support was discontinued in 2007. [http://php.net/releases/](http://php.net/releases/) * I’d recommend they update their PHP version ASAP. * As far as you testing old versions, I’m unaware of any utilities that do it. We missed the notification. EDD comes with PayPal Standard and Amazon Payments built in. Customers can pay with a credit card using that if you like. We’ve released a few updates since you posted this.
