If you’re sure you don’t have other posts or pages with that slug, check the trash. One of the easiest ways to do it would be with a plugin [Paid Membership Subscriptions](https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-member-subscriptions/). Also, you can try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Mailbag and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme, and then test to see if it works. At this point, everything should be working great. * Then start turning things back on one by one until it breaks again. What grid builder are you using? You should contact their support if you want to use custom post types in their plugin.
