They say it seems to be due to the mod security rule getting triggered while updating the changes. Note: I was having this problem before I installed the Cache plugin. It just did not seem right to me that if I edit and preview 10 times in a row that I would have ten tabs open at the same time. Switching to preview each time opens a new tab then when switching back to edit it puts me editing the new tab and leaves the previous one open. So what did I mess up during install?
