 * my host doesn’t know why the admin page doesn’t load.
 * Can I uninstall, then re-install, then copy a saved wp-content folder over once
   I re-install an SQL database backup?

 * I upgraded to 3.5 on the same day on two other blogs and have had no problems.
 * I tried the manual disabling of plugins. That didn’t do anything. Also tried 
   deleting all the themes, leaving twenty-eleven and no dice there, either. I also
   re-installed. Nothing worked. I still get a completely blank page.

 * I’m also having a comments problem. It just started two weeks ago after years
   of use without a problem. Readers tried to post a comment and got a 403 error
   message. I read about that problem on the forums, contacted my host, and got 
   that to stop appearing — but the problem of not being able to post comments persists.
   I have deleted Bad Behavior, have deactivated all my comment plug ins and still
   no success.

 * Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve had thousands of comments over the years
   and would like that to again be an option, but have no idea what to do. Thanks!

 * I re-installed wordpress, so it’s a new database (I guess – nothing of the old
   one remains except for my backup file).
