In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] RefundHi there,
Refunds made from the Stripe dashboard won’t be automatically reflected in WooCommerce, as you’ve noticed. If you’d like you could add this to our ideas board: http://ideas.woocommerce.com – that way our developers know what solutions our customers need as they can be voted up and prioritized based on demand.
Thanks!

Hi Jorge,
It sounds like there may be some caching going on either via a plugin or perhaps on your server. If you’re using a CDN, you should clear the cache there as well. If you’re unsure about server level caching, I would suggest reaching out to your host.
Hi there,
The main difference between PayPal Powered by Braintree and the standard, manually added, PayPal codes & buttons is that PayPal Powered by Braintree provides a more integrated experience for your customers. Some may see this as more professional than the normal PayPal buy buttons. While PayPal buttons take customers to PayPal to complete payment, PayPal Powered by Braintree opens a small window above your checkout page, giving the impression that the customer has never left your shop.
PayPal Powered by Braintree also offers an integration with Braintree for credit card payments directly on your checkout page. You can view screenshots of the plugin in action here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/screenshots/.

In reply to: PayPal Express Checkout Button Not ClickableHey josuatarsisius! Sorry for the delay on this. This sounds like a theme conflict. First, temporarily switch to the Twenty Sixteen theme and test. If that works, you should get in touch with your theme developer for an update.
Thanks!
Hi Gene,
Do you mind sharing the WooCommerce support ticket number? I’ll pull it up so we can dig a bit deeper.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] PayPal express checkout issuesHey there!
So my question is now can i bypass this if my provider isnt supporting this functions or i need to change provider?
Good work on finding those issues! If your host is unable to update cURL, I’m afraid you may need to find another host if you’d like to use PayPal Express Checkout. You can find a list of some of the best WordPress hosts here: https://wordpress.org/hosting/.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Accept ACH paymentsHi Xochi,
I’m afraid our Stripe plugin doesn’t support ACH payments. A google search for WooCommerce ACH payment turns up a few results though. https://www.google.com/search?q=woocommerce+ACH+payment.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Login for PaypalHi there!
Great plugin.
Thanks very much. We’re glad you like it π
How can you add βLogin with PayPalβ to this plugin as well?
PayPal Express Checkout is only a payment gateway. Log in with PayPal isn’t possible with this plugin. A quick search didn’t turn up any PayPal Login plugins either. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but something may come along in the future.
Hey Franck,
Sorry for the confusion earlier. PayPal Powered by Braintree 1.2.5 doesn’t support 3DS.
Hi there,
you can enter the paypal Express Checkout button on product detail pages?
The PayPal Express Checkout is only available on the cart and checkout pages. Let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Not completing PaymentHi TwentyZeroTwo!
Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Twenty Sixteen Theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentysixteen/).
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Express Checkout.
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesnβt resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help figure out where the problem is coming from.
Hi gvnet!
It sounds like you might still have a Shipping Method set for “Rest of the World” Shipping Zone. You can check this by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones. Without a Shipping Method for that zone, you should receive an error when attempting to checkout with an Australian address.
Hey Sal!
When connecting to your Braintree account in the plugin settings, are you using the large “Connect with Braintree” button, or the text below stating “Click here to connect using sandbox mode”? It sounds like you’re still in sandbox mode. Connecting to a live Braintree account will solve this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Card declinedHi tmrevx!
error: message: "Your card was declined."
Are you 100% certain the card is valid? If so, I would recommend trying the following:
- Double check your Stripe credentials(copy and paste both Test and Live credentials again)
- Use a test card number(4242 4242 4242 4242) in test mode
- Test with only WooCommerce and Stripe enabled while using the Twenty Sixteen theme
If you find that transactions work with only WooCommerce and Stripe enabled, it’s a conflict with another plugin or with your theme. In that case, enable plugins one at a time and switch back to your normal theme until the transactions fail again and you’ll have found your conflict.

Hi julesloves1619!
WooCommerce Stripe β cURL is not installed.
Stripe is almost ready. To get started, set your Stripe account keys. The plugin relies on cURL, so you’ll need to make sure it’s installed on your server. If you’re not sure what cURL is, your host can probably help take care of this.
Any help is appreciated, do I have to have an SSL certificate for this plugin to work with WooCommerce?
While the plugin will function without an SSL certificate in Test mode, in Live mode an SSL certificate must be installed.
