You can’t active Premium version if Free version is active. When user click on the link button within the popup, hi/she will be redirected to that url. You can setup a direct linking without popups, but this available in Pro versions. Also, we noticed you want to show video within the popup. The plugin doesn’t support inline videos at this moment. This feature will be supported in upcoming updates too. But as we’ve mentioned, with the Pro version you can configure direct linking to any url (e.g. Youtube, Vimeo …). As we’ve mentioned above, setting customization was included only in Premium version. This section is not available for Free version. And that’s not a bug or something you should report. Career Portfolio is a plugin based on Freemium business model. * FYI: Freemium business model aims the following: “Some features are available in Free version for free, whereas there could be Paid features too”. We don’t understand what’s the problem here? Why are you so angry? What we’ve advertised in Free version, we provide all of them to you. Free version provides the all functionality without settings customization. What’s included in Premium/Paid version is Settings section. If free version doesn’t cover the all functionality you need, this doesn’t mean it’s fake and you should report it. * Now let’s return and understand why it didn’t work for your case?
