 * Ah, and about the upgrade, I now I havent done any upgrades, that was just a 
   method of coming inside. It works if I in my adress field (when I have logged
   on) just type in [http://www.alvboda.se/alvradio/wp-admin](http://www.alvboda.se/alvradio/wp-admin).
 * Inside I have to refresh after every post or alteration af the site.
