 * Could it be that the error occurs when the MIME type for VTT files is not in 
   the .htaccess? Then I would have to ask our in-house IT department whether they
   could check it.

 * No, that doesn’t work, here comes the error:
 * 404 – File or directory not found.
   The resource you are looking for may have 
   been removed, renamed, or is temporarily unavailable.The server is operated in-
   house. Is there a way to set something there?

 * Oh, yes: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (
   Not Found)”
   The VTT file is also in the content folder, I checked that.Thanks
   for the first answer! Maybe you have an idea what the problem could be.
