 * No, actually you understood well.
 * yeah, now its allright. Found what was the problem yesterday just before I left
   home and forgot to give info in here.
 * As I thought on the begining I was missing something really essential and simple…
 * **I forgot to insert into my post “MORE” tag **🙂
 * **After that I disabled the NEGATIVE RULES in ACCESS LEVELS as evidently they
   are for different purpose. **
 * And voila everything is how it supposed to be 🙂

 * If I am logged in I see first article “GALAKTICKÁ DIPLOMACIE”
 * If I am not logged in I see “USA má vytvořit odbor… ” article.
 * And I want to see the “GALAKTICKÁ DIPLOMACIE” for everybody but with a difference
   that after visitor clicks on the article he gets the message about paid conntent
   and the registration.
