 * Actually, it worked,
 * My mistake was that I was pointing
    WordPress Address (URL) x.com/y Site Address(
   URL) y.com
 * After I change to:
    WordPress Address (URL) y.com Site Address (URL) y.com
 * it worked perfectly. In my domain central I already point y.com to x.com/y therefore
   navigating in y.com is just like a different site even posts are y.com/posts
 * my wp in home directory which is x.com works great, no changes there. also y.
   com installed in a sub-directory in x.com/y works great as well. Solution found
   one hosting multiple domains. 🙂

 * Sure I Can, but again I am confused on how to organize the domains,
 * In this way the root folder will be empty and have two directories only ? /x.
   com and /y.com ?
