 * We are using Cart66 Lite, version 1.1.6, and we are also having the same problem
   with no green icon appearing on the visual editor window. We double-checked to
   make sure we are not using the html editor and can’t seem to figure out what’s
   wrong. Help?

 * Nevermind… saw that there was an update, installed it and the problem was fixed.
   Thanks!!
 * p.s. still having the issue someone mentioned about it giving a red error code
   and saying website address not valid
