    Hi and thanks for asking!

    OP2 only responded on Tuesday, 4 days after my online event was meant to launch. I did get my host company to restore what they had when it became clear that I was getting nowhere with OP2. But the backup had occurred before most of the work I did so I just had to start again. But at least it was restored to a version without the OP2 upgrade.

    So what I did was to upgrade OP2. Then rebuilt the pages.

    OP2’s response was, it’s only a theme so no way it could do this

    But this literally happened right before my eyes. My pages and content were there one minute, then the upgrade was done and poof! Everything rolled back to an earlier version.

    Needless to say, I now back up, both via my host and via Backup-guard every hour or so!

    I can’t believe I’m the only one this has happened to, or will happen to.

    That is one of the plug-ins installed, yes. After I created this support ticket, I upgraded to 4.3.1 to see if maybe it was version conflict, but same thing.

    That was the full message. Nothing else. That’s the message I’d get after activating the plug-in. Very strange. The widget seems to work anyway, at the front end.
