In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Mobile responsivenessThanks for your response. I find the way how to fix it (I understand this isn’t the best solution, but it works). In my case
- Slider wasn’t repsonsive
- navigation arrows didn’t work
- slider not working properly
I decided to register acc on website, and after I got my Js version of slider from website and … you know that works perfectly

Hey Sanjeev Aryal,
First of all I’m developer and used this method at least 40-50 times on different websites, on different hostings and with different versions. So I have experience of work with this plugin.
here are my steps
1. Installed plugin (used both 1.7.1 and 1.81 versions)
2. Switched to gmail, go to google cloud, get key aND SECREt,
3. fill this information in plugin,
4. Click allow plugin
5. pass authorization (before authorization I logged out from all other gmail accounts and logged in into the GMail account, that I used to get Google API )
6. Get confirmation to do changes
7. Redirected back to website
8. Allow Plugin is still yellow (need to be red)
9. Try to save settings, or sent test email – No successUsed other Gmail accounts – No success
Turned off all plugins – No success
Switch back to WP’s default theme – No successDid all the same steps on another website (on the same hosting – Wpengine), with the same Google Account – Everything is FINE
So that is something specific to this website. I didn’t have video, but I make screenshots of all steps, and to Darshana (support[at]wpmailsmtp). I can also CC you.
Wpengine
WP 5.3.1 (used previous version too)
theme – Lawplus
WPMail plugin the latest 1.8.1Have the same error. Are you using Gmail API ?
