 * We’ve been in contact with their support team over the past 3 days. They have
   had several members of their support team look into this and they have said that
   the issue lies within WordPress as that on their end everything is looking good.
   Could it be related to the new WordPress update or Houzez update? Trying to find
   another potential source for this issue
