Glad to know that you are using our WP Mega Menu Plugin. Surely, you can create a mega menu on a menu item if that menu item is a first level menu item.
If you have a menu with 3 items (Products, Gift Card, Contact), you are allowed to create a mega menu on the Product menu item.I’m happy to inform you that we have created some practical videos about creating a mega menu. Please check our video tutorials.
Hopefully, you will able to create your desired mega menu after watching our tutorials. Let me know if you have any query or issue.
