 * It’s solved. I did all you mentioned, but nothing of that worked. About a year
   ago I moved the specified directory to the uploads folder, but I didn’t removed
   it in the theme folder.
 * And that was the problem. Now the folder is completely removed, the folder in
   the uploads directory states filled with the files and the plugin works fine 
   again.

 * I’ve contacted my host directly, but he had no idear. And the server was up-to-
   date. He just run the latest updates, but that couldn’t have the problem he said.
 * Later today i will try your suggestion.

 * Unfortunately thats not the case. It’s the folder in my uploads directory thats
   empty every time.

 * I’ve got the same problem, but it is happening on my own site and I am de admin.
 * I’ve tried to reinstall the plugin, but that didn’t work.

 * I changed the setting “script position” from “footer of the website” to “header
   of the website”.
 * This worked fine for me, so i hope it will work for you too.
