 * Thanks for the report. That banner is a dismissible recommendation that’s been
shown on the Orders screen for a few weeks, and it sits below the “Add order”
button. On a clean store with 11.2.0 we can’t reproduce the button disappearing,
and since it stays hidden after dismissing the banner, it’s likely something
else on the site, like another plugin or custom admin CSS.
 * Could you share a screenshot after the button disappears and your System Status
Report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report)?

 * Thanks for sharing the details and your fix. This is a change in 11.2.0: checkout
fields removed with a snippet are now sent as empty values when the order review
updates, so the country ends up empty and the address check fails. The same cause
showed up in another thread: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-method-disappears-in-classic-checkout-after-woocommerce-11-2-0/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-method-disappears-in-classic-checkout-after-woocommerce-11-2-0/),
and we’re looking into restoring the old behaviour. Hiding the fields with CSS
and making them optional, as you did, is a good workaround until then.

 * Thanks for following up and for the details, they helped us find the cause: in
11.2.0, checkout fields removed with a snippet are sent as empty values, which
can clear the customer’s address and hide the shipping options. Hiding the fields
with CSS, as you did, avoids it, and we’re planning to restore the old behaviour
   in an upcoming release.
 * The 404s to `undefinedwc/store/v1/cart` are a separate, harmless issue ([woocommerce/woocommerce#68484](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/68484)),
   fixed for 11.3.

 * Thanks for the report. We tested Nova Poshta 1.5.9 with WooCommerce 11.2.0 on
a clean store (both “Place for fields” options, classic checkout) and the rate,
the city and warehouse selects, and placing an order all work, so something else
on your site is probably involved. A few things would help us find it:
    1. Could you update to 11.2.0 again, clear every cache (any minify/combine plugin,
page cache, object cache, CDN) and check the checkout once more?
    2. If it still breaks, please share your System Status report (WooCommerce > Status
       > Get system report) or at least your full list of active plugins. Multilingual,
currency switcher, checkout field editor, caching and optimization plugins are
       the most interesting ones here.
    3. Which “Place for fields” option is set in the Nova Poshta settings, and is “
Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
       > Shipping settings) turned on?
    4. On 11.2.0, open the browser dev tools (Network tab), change the city on the
checkout page and look for the `update_order_review` request. What status code
does it return, and what’s in the response? If it returns `403` with `-1`, that
would point us in a specific direction.
    5. A short screen recording or screenshot of what “no longer displays correctly”
looks like would help too: is the Nova Poshta rate missing, is it there without
the city/warehouse selects, or do the selects reset? Any errors in the browser
       console are useful as well.
 * Also worth knowing: Shipping Nova Poshta for WooCommerce was closed on WordPress.
org in December 2025 and hasn’t been updated since, so it may not keep up with
   newer WooCommerce versions.
