 * I’m currently using one that I created on my own, but the same issue comes up
   with the themes that came with 3.6.1, as well (Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen).

 * That’s not the issue, as I have created themes that have been utilized with other
   WordPress installs in the past, never with problems like this.

 * Doesn’t work for me, either. I’m getting ready to remove the entire thing from
