 * Your statement, “applies to the front end only” confuses me. What do you mean
   by “applies to”? This makes it sound like I actually can do something so that
   my clients can have the 12 hour format on the front end. However, I suppose you’re
   saying that there is no way on the backend to set the time format to the 12 hour
   format. Is that right?
