 * Does this make sense? What’s weird is that when I am logged in as a role that
   is not supposed to use the fields, the new fields are not hidden in any way (
   display: none;). If they were hidden from visibility, it would make sense that
   the error would come up, but this is not the case. The fields are no where in
   the html.

 * I am also looking for a way to change the abbreviation.
