* The site is still under construction as you may have gathered, and I am adapting one of the ready made sites that come with the theme. * The newsletter sign up form in the footer came with the dummy site, and I have not got round to deciding what to do with it yet. Even so, it would not have occurred to me that it would have any effect on the checkout page. * All I had to do was untick the box at the bottom of the form which said “Show Privacy Statement”, and the problem was solved. * I have since successfully processed an order and everything looks OK. * I take your point about the problem with showing credit cards on the product page, and it makes perfect sense. * Many thanks once again for your help.
