 * I believe it was a problem on my end using 3 different category IDs, published
   post status, and “post” type. I ended up making it work with a WP Rest API v2
   command and didn’t have to use a custom route so for now I’m ok without using
   Rest Routes… However, the problem I was having with Rest Routes is that even 
   though the data is defined correctly in the post metadata now, it’s still just
   giving me back an empty array on the actual response for the url generated by
   Rest Routes…
