 * Yes that’s right. Thank you so much! I’m not sure how to do that, is there a 
   tutorial somewhere? I appreciate your help. It’s been driving me crazy lol

 * Thank you for responding. Yes I cleared cache but the grey box is still in the
   header. The grey box at the top that says “Outdoor Upholstery” is in the wrong
   place. It should be overlaying the pool image further down the page. Can you 
   explain what you see please?

 * Thank you, I contacted my host and they helped me. It was one of the plugins.
