 * On the other hand Esmi – why is the edit:slug feature there, if not to edit the
   permalinks?

 * Hi,
    You are right.
 * The URLs (permalinks) are now coming in correct ‘pretty’ form but only if I publish
   the page. If I save in draft the URL is in default form.
 * This is ok.
    So it was just a database resetting, time lapse thing, I guess.
 * I will take your advice and leave the URLs as auto generated.
