In order for the sorting to work properly, the “ featured” meta needs to be present for every product. I would recommend using the product bulk edit feature to set every product as featured (so the meta is set correctly), and then manually turn off the featured flag for any product that isn’t. The issue here is that the Datafeedr import did not set the `featured` meta for products which means the featured sort won’t work. You could have a developer migrate the information over if the order numbers are important though.
