 * FYI
    RESPONSE FROM SURPASS HOSTING CORE DESK TO MOUNTAINGUY2: «SFTP requires
   you to use the root user account on the server, and is used explicitly in circumstances
   when files need to be modified on the entire server. You have a shared hosting
   package which means your hosting account is one of many on the server. The root
   account has access to the entire server, and for obvious reasons we cannot give
   root access to any of the clients on the server which means you cannot use SFTP
   on this server. If you truly believe that SFTP is necessary then you would need
   to upgrade to VPS or dedicated server package. Any hosting provider that will
   give you root access on a shared environment is not one you want to host with
   because it would mean any other client on that server could be given total access
   to your site and all of its files at any time. Furthermore, there’s absolutely
   no reason SFTP is necessary here over just FTP. All of the WordPress files are
   in your account’s home directory, and FTP allows you to create, modify, and remove
   files or directories in the home directory.»

 * My fatal error message is locking me out of both my main site & my administrative
   site making it impossible for me to delete classloader or wordfence, install
   any newer versions or adjustments – to install ANYTHING. How do I get rid of
   the paralyzing message & re-gain access to my administrative panel?
