The field apparently thought I didn’t sign when I did. There was also no clear error message indicating it was the signature field, I only found it by inspecting the JSON server response. However, after I reloaded the page, it seemed to work. Your current PDF view doesn’t match because there is only one row of text boxes. * You will need to edit your PDF and split the single row of text boxes into 2 rows of text boxes. They are called notifications with WPForms. For example, your PDF field might have the format `dd/mm/yyyy`. You have to make sure your WPForms field also has this format. Another plugin might be causing the attachments to be removed. It may also be caused by configuration of your server software. Can you check if the PDF is getting attached to the secondary email message (after checking the‘ Attach to secondary email message’ checkbox)? * Thanks.
