Adobe Acrobat Reader and Foxit Reader displays your PDF without any issues. I tried filling forms using other software and other PDF documents and I am having the same basic issue. Unfortunately, there is little I can do to fix this. It is unclear what the bug is. The data appears fine in the PDF form but not when it’s rendered on some viewers. I am still working on figuring out the problem. Can you send me your PDF file to my email (admin at maximum dot software)? * Unfortunately, the UTF-8 flatten bug is a known issue with PDFtk. It remains unsolved. What I mean is, re-save the original PDF and re-attach it to your CF7 form. Then, try filling it again. Make sure you DON’T have the flatten option selected. * Also, make sure you have the right font embedded in the PDF and used with the form fields. There is a feature which lets you not attach PDFs if there is no data (skip when empty). Make sure you don’t have that option enabled on your attached PDF. * If you are still having trouble, it may be possible there is some kind of incompatibility with some other plugin. There must have been some kind of issue with running the executables locally. I am not exactly sure why it is failing. I would have to look at it myself. If it starts working fine after a couple of times, maybe there is a problem with memory usage on your server. Maybe your server has a low amount of free memory, so, the first time it timed out due to swapping, the second time it worked but it was still swapping so it was slow. The next few times were fast due to it being done with swapping. * Can you see what the output of `free -m` command is on your server? * If you like, I can investigate this myself but you would need to provide me with credentials to your wp-admin.
