Its elementor ( which I was very surprised) and our age verify plugin. I didn’t think these would conflict but they are the only two when I deactivate that the css can generate. The only thing there is entrance animation. I don’t see a “scrolling effects” section. All is see is a motion effects section which doesn’t have anything about scrolling. Under the“ sticky effects section” under the advanced tab I have it enabled for desktop, tablet, and mobile and the scroll distance set at 0px.
