So when I came on it there was no CPT and taxonomies, and no post category. But now, since I have created a clinic taxo with names of clinics, and had my problem, I have checked my database and found post categories called also as my clinics taxo. So in database there was no taxo called clinic first of all, and all the slugs for this taxo was already taken by post categories. So creating an other taxonomy called doctors and where I use different names (from “Dr French Maxime” to “French Maxime”) all my issues where fixed. * Anyway thanks a lot for your support. I still have any remaining questions which are not related to my original issue : * How can I filter the second dropdown menu to don’t suggest the taxonomies which are empty due to the first dropdown selection ? Can the both dropdowns can be linked ? It is possible to also have a counter near each selection ? Because it is in 403 error for no indexation so unavailable if not logged in. You will have possibility to have a look into the website and if you want into the admin pannel. * Anyway thanks for your answer. I have tested without my theme (Dynamix) and always have the issues. When I said a taxonomy with a space it was the label one, cause the slug one, of course, hasn’t. For example “Dr French Maxime” (label) and dr- french-maxime (slug). But I still have my issue when I am using both dropdowns, the second one in reseting to “all clinics” and so weird when searching a testimony not in a speciality but choosing the “test” clinic I have a result.
