 * Our support case has been open with your team since **March 26**, and the issue
   remains unresolved. We received your email today and replied with **screenshots
   and reports** clearly showing the problem.
 * To clarify:
   This is **not** related to logs backup. The issue is that **visitor
   activity is no longer being logged** as it was previously. This logging stopped
   entirely around the **end of March**. Cleantalk logs only a few visitors a day.
 * Please review the details we provided and advise us on the next steps to resolve
   this.
