 * I have the similar issue.
 * The Pro Plugin support doesn´t you will receive only a standard answer, that 
   it should be a conflict with another plugin and you should deactivate plugin 
   by plugin to identfiy the bad plugin.
 * I think the bad guy is not well working Cooked Pro Plugin.

 * It seems to be a serial error for many server constellation.
 * The only webhosting in our test where it works is namecheap. But what is the 
   difference between namecheap server configuration and others?
